Abramovich will move Grant back to Chelsea football director's role

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich won't bomb Avram Grant out of the club should he decide he is not the man for the manager's job at the end of this season.
If he is replaced as manager, he will be offered the opportunity to return to the role he first took at Chelsea - as the director of football.
