No time to dwell

Joe Cole believes we must get over the Carling Cup defeat to Tottenham quickly in order to progress in other competitions.
Next up is a return to Premier League action after three consecutive cup games, and Cole insists nothing but a Win at his old club West Ham will do.
'We're very disappointed today, we just have to pick ourselves up for next week,' he explained. 'We'll go and digest it and talk about where we went wrong.'
Cole began the game as a substitute, coming on in the 100th minute during extra time, after which he created several opportunities for his side. He had been impressed with Didier Drogba's first half goal, that made the Ivorian the first man to score in three League Cup finals.
'It was a great finish, but we didn't really kick on from there. What can you do? Now we focus on Saturday and the next league game,' he said.
We lie nine points behind leaders Arsenal with a game in hand, and with Arsene Wenger's side and Manchester United still to visit Stamford Bridge. Cole was clear on the message from Avram Grant following yesterday's defeat.
'The message is Saturday we have to win, and keep looking at the next game and the next game. "We have to take our hats off to Tottenham, they won the trophy today, but we move on and go forward.'
