Manchester City are moving for Barcelona sensation Giovani dos Santos.Dos Santos is represented by agent Pini Zahavi, who has strong links with City owner Thaksin Shinawatra and is now rated the 'chosen' transfer wheeler-dealer at City.
Zahavi also has been in contact with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United about Dos Santos.
