England boss Fabio Capello is delighted that Luiz Felipe Scolari has taken the Chelsea job.Capello is a old friend of Scolari and rates him as one of the world's best coaches.
The Italian said: "I like Scolari. I know him very well because I met him a lot in Italy when I was Roma manager as we had a lot of Brazilian players in the team.
"He is a good manager."'
