Chelsea's Carvalho tells Ronaldo: Sometimes a new challenge is good

Chelsea defender Ricardo Carvalho has steered clear of transfer talk over his Portugal teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.
Carvalho said of the Manchester United star: "He has to make his decision.
"Sometimes a new challenge is good but he has to make that decision. I can't say much about this."
